These prices are quoted for one performer/workshop leader.

  • Facepainting

    Payment conditions

Payment may be made on the day by cheque or cash (which we prefer!), or within 14 days of the invoice date by cheque or BACS (electronic bank transfer).

    Booking conditions

A booking can be made by email, fax or letter or contact us for a booking form. Please supply details of the following:
  • The venue address, times of the event and any other details of the event (i.e. the occasion)
  • A contact name and number for the day of the event
  • Any special conditions or other information we might need to know!

  • If a booking is cancelled a cancellation charge will be levied as follows:
  • Within one month of the event: 25% of the full fee
  • Within two weeks of the event: 50% of the full fee
  • Within one week of the event: 100% of the full fee

  • Weather and adverse conditions

We will turn up to your event and endeavour to perform or run workshops to the very best of our ability or provide a suitable alternative. Obviously in some cases (especially due to weather) it may be difficult to carry out exactly what was agreed for health and safety reasons - for example, stiltwalking on a very slippery surface may be dangerous not just for us, but for your audience. In these cases where circumstances are beyond our control we would still expect full payment of any fee.

We hold public liability insurance to a value of 2,000,000 for our workshops and performances. Copies of this are available on request.
